Begin by traveling North on US-17 North. Continue to follow US-17 North (crossing into Virginia). Merge onto I-64 west/ Hampton Roads Beltway toward VA Beach/Norfolk International Airport. Travel for approximately 11 miles and take exit 281 toward VA-165/Military Highway. Turn left onto Robin Hood Road. Then turn right onto North Military Highway/VA-165. The Ability Center is located on the left at 3301 North Military Highway, Norfolk, VA 23518.

From Virginia Beach and points East:
Begin by traveling west on I-264 West/Norfolk-Virginia Beach Expressway. Take the Newton Road exit toward I-64 West/Richmond/US-13/Military Highway. Travel for ½ mile and take the exit on the left toward I-64 West/Richmond/US-13/Military Highway. Travel for 1 mile and merge onto I-64 west/Hampton Roads Beltway exit 14B toward Norfolk International Airport/Hampton/Richmond. Travel for 3 miles and take exit 281 toward VA-165/Military Highway.
